Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Omobosola Karimat Alaka is an entrepreneur, music artist, creative strategist, and business leader passionate about empowering African creatives through innovation, education, strategic partnerships, and technology.

In 2020, alongside Co-Founder Abolaji Alaka, she established MillionDollar Ideas Ltd to address the challenges independent artists face in accessing trustworthy promotion, strategic guidance, and long-term career support.

Today, she leads the company's vision across artist development, creative consulting, international partnerships, and ecosystem building. She also serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hafrikplay, a Pan-African music streaming and creator platform committed to helping artists distribute, monetise, and grow their audiences.

Her work continues to bridge Africa's creative industries with emerging opportunities across the United Kingdom and the global creative economy.

His ability to combine operational discipline with strategic thinking has been instrumental in the company's growth from an artist-focused consultancy into a broader creative growth company serving clients across Africa and expanding into international markets.
